My two Bruce Arnold Cadillacs. Brought down from the shelf for a cleaning and fresh photos.

The 1951 to 1953 are my favorite generation Cadillac.

The yellow Eldorado and a two-tone green Sixty Special:

BA53Eldorado1

BA53Eldorado3

BA53Eldorado2

BA5360Special3

BA5360Special1

BA5360Special2

(yes there's a hole in the Eldorado windshield)

Anyone know the backstory to his range? To me, some look like unique castings (the Cadillac Orleans concept) while others look like tarted-up examples from other ranges (the Studebaker).

Thanks for looking!

Both of these Cadillacs look superb ! The Cadillac Orleans also would be particularly cool to have.

If anyone knows anything else, I will be happy to update https://www.hobbydb.com/marketplaces/hobbydb/subjects/bruce-arnold-models-brand . He has not been active for 8 years on facebook and his website is now dead!   John - could I add your photos to hobbyDB (with photo credit)?

@karl

There is some information on BAM in the 2013 History of Resin Transport Modelling

by David Wright, pp 93-95.

I believe the Sixty Special is also a 1953. The grill is definitely not a 51...look at the grill on Harve's 51 convertible. Secondly, the slits in the rear bumper for the exhaust was not available in 1951. I have the Sixty Special which I bought on the secondary market many years ago and have always thought that BAM models were overpriced.
