Mystery time-- Have you any information about Promo 43 ECMA in Belgium?
At a toy show today in Tennessee, I found and purchased this 1:43 model:

So, this evening I have cleaned it up and here's what I have:

FORD TUDOR SEDAN 1948
PROMO 43 ECMA 1985
NO 301 MADE IN BELGIUM
JEDO 43 (and the term "JEDO 43" in a symbol arrangement)
FORD (under front axle)
The construction materials and details are very similar to this older model in my display area:

It is a built (and damaged) model I found several years ago. It is marked as CCCUS N1 / FORD 47 SPORTSMAN
Other than CCCUS being classified as French, I have no other information on that firm. Now and then '36 Fords and this Ford convertible show up on eBay.
Toy shows are fun! Later I will show you the two Brooklins I purchased. Enjoy!

Some info
Jedo 43 is the actual manufacturer. ECMA, to my knowledge, was a collector's club in Belgium, and they had some models issued for them. I may be wrong about this part. Jedo 43 made some other models, too. Here is one.

CCC is the company that built Ray's Victory brand, as well as wide range of their own products. Later, they started producing the Classiques range. CCC is still active as CCC, although George Pont, the man behind the original name, is no longer there. An interesting fact- some of the masters for CCC/Victory were made in Russia by a local artisan, still active in the business.

Many thanks, Albert. You have given me more knowledge in this one post than I have accumulated from the several sources I researched. Great! And just now I've found a lead to one of my favorite sources: FORD IN MINIATURE, by long-time Forum 43 member Randall Olson. See pages 15 and 110. More progress!
(from page 110): "ECMA/ Jeda 43 - This French company is still issuing handbuilt models marketed under the Minicars 43 banner, and is still considered to be one of the best French handbuilt makers, with models that are a little more expensive than most. The maker issued a very nice 1948 Ford 2 door sedan, convertible and Sportsman, as well as a 1949 Mercury. These models are quite scarce."

ECMA
ECMA models were as stated for a Belgian club ,there models were mentioned in Model Auto Review , so Rod Ward might be able to fill in the blanks in thE story
