There is something off on the Porsche.
The nose looks more Ferrari and less Porsche. Porsches have always had a touch of roundness to them that hearkens back to their VW origins. This seems a little too flat, lacking the sexy Porsche curves.
Too clarify, I don't mean the model. I mean the real car. The model matches the 1:1 dimensions quite well. But the 1:1 just feels wrong.
