Wow, that's a beautiful model with fantastic detail in its scale !
My parents had a new '63 Country Squire in Vintage Burgundy and I loved it !!!
This Mercury is absolutely amazing, stunning and model perfection !
I'm mostly a 1/18 collector but this Colony Park has me drooling.
My first car as a a sophomore in high school when I got my driver's license at 16 was a 1961 Country Sedan. I absolutely loved it except I had to work on it so much cuz I couldn't afford a mechanic but at least that's how I learned how to work on cars. I treasure those moments I spent underneath it !

I have this wagon en route; can't wait to display it with the metallic turquoise hardtop.
Great model. I got mine in Burgandy and it sits next to the turquoise hardtop and gold Breezeway. nice pictures Ben.
Sometimes poster here Pascal Michels has already modified a white Merc wagon as a 1965 Indy 500 support vehicle. Certainly sounds like Europe gets their Goldvargs before us!
Another superb Goldvarg 1/43 model ! The 1965 Mercury Colony Park is a great subject and in all colors it's a real pleasure to see this beauty.

Yessir! Now all we need is the convertible to round it out.

The upcoming and highly anticipated Goldvarg 1967 Ford Country Squire wagon will look great parked next to this Mercury wagon.
@ben-lampson The 67 is high on my anticipation list.
I’m all in. Have both colors on the way. Sergio has posted on his Facebook page that the white one has already sold out.

Me too. I'm going to choose the yellow version.
...well, apparently, these wheels are NOT an issue (I would have to fix them ). Visiting Goldvarg's FB page indicates that white '65 Mercury wagons are already sold out!
To be honest, I hadn’t noticed it until you mentioned it. What I see is the whitewalls are a little too wide, I can live with that. The axle assembly is too wide. I looked at mine and the frame has extensions on each wheel well that could be trimmed off and the axles shortened.
when I am feeling better, it could be an easy fix. Not sure but I’ll revisit it in a few weeks and consider it closer.
It’s still an amazing model that I am very pleased with as is.
