Brooklin has these listed at $204.68. A new one is listed on Ebay for $84.99, but it is blue. A difference of $119.69 seems a lot for just a color change.
That's a good point, Ken. But, to be fair, the ones on eBay run from $84.99 up to $191.99. None are direct from Brooklin. I guess you can see it as one as being expensive but you can also look at it as the less expensive one as being a good deal. I don't think the blue version ever sold for $85 when new.

If they went all the way and made a true "La Femme" replica, I could better rationalize adding this to my collection.
Pass.
I'm surprised Brooklin didn't go with heather rose (darkish pink) and white for this one as those were factory colors. This one is a nice model but stock colors are for me. The purse and umbrella are great touches though! I'm sure this one will sell well.
These pink collection models obviously sell well, since Brooklin keeps adding more. I have seen several at a 1/43 model car show in Countryside Illinois (2019?) and one at Buz's place last year, and they were nice models. I did buy the 1965 Chevrolet Impala for myself. Have any of you bought any of the pink models? I do not remember seeing much interest from people replying to posts on this forum about purchasing these cars, since they are not painted factory colors.

@john-sharisky I wanted a La Femme. so built one out of a Provence Moulage convertible kit. I think I reshaped the front of the roof slightly after these photos were taken. Replicated the lady owner and her umbrella that was part of the La Femme package. Greg Gunn's Dodge station wagon will go well with this one, the blue Brooklin sedan, and the PM convertible.

Now that is pink, dare I say Pepto-Bismol pink?
@karl, if only they had made the lighter shade of pink something else.
