I just heard back from Esval regarding their website being down, "Yes, it is. The server is undergoing maintenance in the next 1-2 days. We are in the process of launching a brand new website, and it is still a work-in-progress. It is not fully functional yet. The North American part of it should start working properly within 7-14 days."
