Several have asked how he's doing. He is moving along and making slow progress. His doctors now think he may be able to forego surgery. Still, John has to limit his time on the computer due to the glare. We may hear from him shortly. I know we all want to see him get better.

No surgery is great. I wish John well in his eye recovery which from my wife's experience, does take time.
