No. It's not this Palm Beach:
But rather THIS Palm Beach:
Looking for a replacement for the Nash Healey as a small sporty car, This Nash Rambler "Palm Beach" Coupe was commissioned by Nash designer George W Mason to Pinin Farina's design studio. Using a strengthened Metropolitan chassis, the finished prototype contained a myriad of styling cues from their prior work so all that remained of Nash styling were the "R" badging and the dash binnacle containing the Nash Healey instrument cluster. Before the car could gin up public support, AMC cancelled the Nash and Hudson brands, and oddly, within a year, it wound up in the Ford Museum. Restored, the car exists today in private hands. The model is by BoS and finished in silver over red which it was painted and restored prior to the 1990s when is once again restored to the Emerald Green it had when first shown at the 1956 Turin Auto Show. If I had known of its existence I would have chosen the Matrix model in the more proper Emerald Green.
Neat! 👍

Such a shame this one didn't make it to production.
I didn't get this one because the headlights didn't look correct compared to photos of the 1:1. Do they look better in person?
Beautiful car, certainly an improvement on the more sedate Metropolitan. I do note that there are two different headlights on the green version. Rich’s photo of the real car shows round headlights.
It looks like the green model in the 'Carmodel.com' pics, has clear headlight covers. I think Rich's silver replica has them too but not as pronounced.
@mg-harv MUCH, much better. Thanks for posting.
