This is a very old 1/43 model kit from AMT/Renwal of the 1948 Ford in post coupe form. I built this one decades ago along with a yellow 1936 Ford. I basically left this one as a black automobile and did some minimal grey painting of the rear stone strips. It built up into very nice models and it is one I still have.

The AMTs were 1/43, but I thought Renwall's kits were 1/48.

That could well be, Harv. I thought perhaps they used the same mold. I guess either (or both) could be being a bit loose with their scale descriptions, too !

And just off the top of my head, AMT did in 43rd scale plastic kits of a 1969 Chevrolet Malibu,  a 1969 Ford Torino, 1969 Thunderbird, 1969 Camaro, and AMX,  a 1936 Ford coupe and the shown 1946-48 Ford coupe.  Believe there was a late 60s Corvette but I though it was misshapen so never acquired and built one.    Any others?
