Many years ago, Ertl did this very nice 1/43 diecast model of Chevrolet's panel delivery truck from 1950. It was quite inexpensive but it looks great and displays/photographs extremely well.

Thanks, and yes you are right, Tony, it is simple and inexpensive, but nicely done and displays and photographs really well. At any scale and price, if you enjoy it, the replica is quite worth adding to one's collection.

You're welcome ! The Chevrolet trucks from that era are very solid and stylish and they have been well represented in various diecast model scales over the years.

I got my Kroger version at the store many years ago. Here is a photo illustration that shows how much better Mike can do it than me! 😆

That is a fine image of this panel truck hard at work at Kroger's ! I didn't realize Ertl had done other versions of this good-looking vehicle and one in this particularly attractive color scheme offered at the store itself. It looks excellent here !
