At one time  this V-8 powered, rwd, full size Ford was seen nearly everywhere in civilian and police, and taxi-cab form.

This diecast was originally a very low-cost replica in about 1/42 scale police cruiser  form from Kinsmart. I changed mine into a civilian sedan with a halo vinyl roof.

Fantastic job!

Kinsmart isn't so bad. It has good shape and after some upgrade you can make wonderful model.

That's true ! Their models can be of more uncommon diecast replicas and a healthy hobby needs to try and appeal to many automotive subjects and price considerations.

It would be a shame in the future to see just some older participants arguing about some more obscure aspects just among themselves.

One still can collect whatever one desires and others can have their own criteria. There is not necessarily only one "acceptable" and "correct" way.
