Great model,,,, in my country (Iran) Hillman Hunter was produced from late 1960s till around 5-10 years ago under name of Peykan which means "arrow" in Persian, it reminds me good days we had with Peykan ....Great model and surely I will buy it!
This could be a great series! I just may have to add them to my Rootes Collection.
Thanks for posting Dick
Me too - I hope one comes with a kangaroo!

Oh dear there goes all my pocket money
At the risk of this thread becoming very UK centric, this is excellent news
No problem there, this is an international forum.
Uhm - you can't mean this one? ๐ ...
Oooh, who stole me tyre?

Would love someone to do a collector quality version of this car.
Hillman Hunter
I had one of these in the 70s; good solid car. I hit a bus once and it was only very slightly damaged (the Hunter, not the bus). Took me all the way to Venice and back, on holiday ....no problem. Massive engine compartment, small engine block. You could get at things easliy, unlike today's cars. I too am looking forward to adding this one to the collection.
That is the one Karl - but prefer it not to have a Roller wheel at the rear.

I've suggested Frederic makes the Hunter GLS as well.
As he's making the Humber Sceptre he has virtually all the parts already.
I dunno - I sorta like the "jacked- up" look! ๐
destitution awaits - next he will do final sceptre estate
