(PICS) FirstGear's 1/50 scale '56 Ford F800 flatbed

Although from a few years ago, I still find this F800 both very attractive and quite nicely detailed. The original west coast mirrors were considerably wider, intended for extra wide loads, so I spent some time altering the width to be more appropriate for typical loads. I also painted the wheel rims the typical grey with body-color cast hubs, and removed the 'wide load' front bumper that was supplied.
