Packard Staff Car
Great photos as always John
This special was one of only 160 made for the Maidenhead Static Model Club in England in 1989. The colour suits the period when Brooklins had little chrome; being wartime, the real thing had little or no chrome!
According to the "Special Brooklins from 1974 to 2006" book it is meant to represent the staff car of General MacArthur during WWII, having the same ID numbers.
I have this one somewhere, must look it out to stand alongside other staff cars I also have!
