PICS - My Opel Collection
A friend asked me about my Opel modelcars. He is not a collector nor a car aficionado, but he recently bought a new Opel Insignia and I think he wanted to know something more about the history of this maker he's customer. So, I thought it was a good day to get off the cabinet my little Opel collection and picture all together...

Another nice bunch from you Keko. I have 13 Opels, most are diecast.

PIC Cool collection, Keko! I was born in Rüsselsheim, Opel's home town and main plant location...

Excepting the 3 Opel by Neo, the rest is diecast
Opel is a very good represented brand talking about modelcars. There was also a partwork collection sold in Germany but all the models can be found easily at very good price, all made by Ixo.
I also have 2 Opel Blitz trucks, but not included in the photos. I also did not include the Spark Vauxhall Carlton Lotus... the twin brother of Opel Omega.
