I wondered why a few Euro dealers offer them at super low prices. Must have been a defective batch.

I think we are going to find, as these models become more detailed, with more small parts and photoetch, that there are going to be more and more shipping problems. Almost every day, as I take my packages to the Post Office, I watch the postal clerks as they weigh them, and then turn and pitch them into the carts located several feet behind them! Looks like they are playing basketball or slow pitch softball, depending upon if they underhand, or overhand the throw!!

I wonder if this model is derived from the Premium X

Range Rover Sport in white which I have in my collection. Is the tooling being passed around from model brand to model brand and when it is it goes down in price?

PCT Industries

White Box is a brand run by that well known large German retailer who also owns Neo etc. And hence US distribution route. They are all contract made in China for them. I think PCT Industries parent of Ixo, Ist, Premium X etc. Makes them all for them. Most are ex Part work models made in different colours and sometimes with superior detailing to the original part work items.
They are cheap relative to Maxichamps but not compared with Oxford Diecast who actually develop all their models themselves. They are up to twice the price of the original part work models whose castings they use. But that said they do provide a range of models well made to a reasonable price often of vehicles only otherwise available in diecast. And of course unlike part works they are distributed to US etc.
As far as quality is concerned PCT models usually are put together quite well as they are often used as part works and have to survive the battering of the post in fairly insubstantial packing.

It’s sharp looking in white. Saw one the other day in a parking lot.
