Pics: Tonight’s Tucker: #1001, first off the assembly line.
This car is one of three Tuckers owned by the late David Cammack of Alexandria, Virginia. After his death his Tuckers were given to the AACA Museum in Hershey, Pennsylvania where a special 5200 square foot gallery was added to accommodate the cars as well as other Tucker memorabilia. This Brooklin replica of #1001 together with his other two, #1022 and #1026 were commissioned by the museum and were available only in the museum shop. This model and the actual car are both gorgeous in this deep maroon. Several others among the 51 cars built were also finished in this rich color. The paint finish on these Brooklin replicas is spectacular.
