I went to see old friends in Denmark recently - but also had to see some newer collector-friends there as well.  Mick, one of them,  knows I like Alfas and Tekno/Vilmer (Denmark) so he had these waiting for me.  A second Alfasud Sprint from Mebetoys Italy (I had forgotten I already had a red one, oh well), plus a Swedish edition Vilmer Mercedes-Benz L1113, around 1/50 scale. The red/white safety stripes are unusual on Vilmer trucks but look original to me.

My new Tekno items were limited but very unique.  Stay tuned!  The Alfa is late 1970s; the Mercedes 1960s...  both contemporary to the real machines! 😎

Extremely nice haul, Karl ! Yep, those colors on that hard-working and very attractive truck are Swedish flag colors, aren't they ?

Son of Goran sounds like Lord of the Rings!  😉
