The scale interpretation among our favorite resin model brands seems to differ more than ever. I was trying to display together the Goldvarg 1948 Buick with the Stamp 1947 Cadillac coupe. The 1:1 share the same body in real life. One is significantly smaller than the other as you will see by the pictures below. There should not be any discrepancies comparing each other.

This is starting to bother me because this is not the first time that it happens. The Stamp 1954 Eldorado also seems weird as well as the 1940 60S that looks way too small.

I collected 1/24 and 1/18 scales and others for decades and I don't recall having seen any issues when displaying models from FM or DM together or other large 1/12 like DM and Bauer.

I do see variations is size, but it appears as if they're "close."   I know, that's LITTLE consolation. 😌 😞    But I've seen far worse in larger scales; luckily, it's not too often.

Here are two "1/18"  1955 luxury cars, a Cadillac & Packard:  😫 😫 😫

P vs C 1
P vs C 2
