Harv was right about how this was made. Vlad sent this along, "1904 Cadillac Delivery Van
A few years ago, I constructed the model of a 1904 Cadillac Delivery Van. It was the idea of my friend — American collector Lloyd Mecca — to make this 1/43 scale model based on the model of a 1903 Cadillac Model A produced for me by EMC. I thought this project would never be realized but I couldn’t sell twenty of tonneau models from the whole batch by then. So, I made up my mind to convert these models to delivery vans."
