This is another one of the models that I got in a huge collection of 1/43. I'm not that familiar with 1/43 and my task now has been to match loose models with empty boxes tha that came with the collection. I was not able to find much on this model, but did find a transkit to modify a regular production Solido to the version shown here. One of my clues was the price sticker on the base was far out of line for a regular Solido.

Must have been an attempt to replicate this car, though it is a Phantom II, not a III.

There were a lot of Solido transkits back in the day - from France, Italy, etc.  Robustelli, Equipe Tron, etc

Forgive me if I'm stating the obvious, but this is definitely the Solido 1939 Phantom III base/chassis and it would appear, just as @mg-harv states, that a transkit modeller has attempted to replicate specifically the shown Phantom II break (yet retaining the incorrect information on the base), another specific Phantom III break, or simply a generic 1930s break.

One thing I would say, is that it sports razor sharp lines that one doesn't generally see on RR shooting breaks, which tend to reflect the English Country Set's frumpy taste.
