The BRK 1958 Shasta Airflyte should be ressurect in a new color schemes and with more details. Just a look to those that Fred Lewis has detailed and painted to match the convertible BRK Pontiac.

When I was a boy the eye surgeon who lived next door had this set up,  a 1956 Chevy Belair (with power pack) and this Shasta trailer.  They took yearly vacations to western Canada in it.   When the car, at well over 100K miles, blew a hole in a piston I could have bought the car for $50!  Woulda coulda shoulda.

Wonderful models of the Pontiacs and color keyed trailers. I had never seen these before but would love to have a set.

The regular production '56 Pontiacs are here .  No Convertibles. So they must be Lewis creations!

@kenspear I wondered the same thing. I would say the 4-door was converted into a convertible. To my knowledge BRK has not made a convertible I think?

Looks like a four door conversion to a star chief convertible. Some GM cars of that period had really long rear

ends on their 2door models.

Wow....these convertibles with matching trailers are amazing!

I am hopeful that with their '56 Safari coming later this year, Goldvarg Models might decide in time to produce this convertible and 2drht.  The '55 Pontiac would be even more appreciated IMHO.
