Brooklin has done this ‘57 Oldsmobile 88 Holiday Coulpe that looks sharp in Alcan White. I love that three piece rear window although it was not popular in it’s time.

David;  This car usually looks much better in the 2-tone but this particular color really suits it.  I have this Brooklin as well and love it!

Brooklin made other nice models of the 1957 Oldsmobile.  Here is my gold 1957 Super 88 convertible, which I bought this in 2015.  It has the distinction of being the first Brooklin and first white metal model I purchased.  I liked it so much, I started collecting white metal cars.

Here’s an 88 super Holiday 4 door hardtop in Banff Blue over Alcan White done for me by John White some years ago shown with an actual 88 4 door sedan in the same color scheme.

I would agree with Jack Dodds that usually the ‘57’s look better in two tone color schemes. Ed Davis’ gold convertible, however, looks great in a solid color as did for some reason, the Fiesta hardtop wagons.  We had a neighbor who was a veterinarian who had a yellow Fiesta that looked sharp.
