As Jack and George said in the Lounge, I too am partial to the 55 Chevy as well as the 55 TBird which made their debuts about the same time I did in the fall of 54. Here is my “Tri-Five” trio in 143:
55 Chevy Nomad (Brooklin)
56 Chevy Belair Hardtop (US Model Mint SMTS)
57 Chevy Belair Convertible. (Franklin Mint)

Nice trio! You may know this but Brooklin did a gorgeous 57 Bel Air 4drht. and also a convertible. I believe a 2drht is coming as well...not sure when.
I may have enough (haha) 57s but the Brooklin 58 Chevy 2 door Impala is on my wish list.
I just acquired the 56 above from http://www.gasolinealleyantiques.com/

Way before Brooklin, I knocked out this '57 four door hardtop, a wagon, and a sedan delivery. From the Matchbox models I think.

@john-quilter. I have
57 Chevy Nomad (Dinky)
57 Chevy Bel Air black (Corgi)
57 Chevy Bel Air (Road Signature)
I remember maybe seeing a Coca Cola matchbox version at one time

@frank, Yes, checking my shelves Dinky did a convertible (blue), 2 door hardtop (red/white) and Nomad (black) and Corgi a 2 door hardtop (blue/white). Guess I'm only lacking four door and two door sedans.

Frank, your work/ collection/ photography are astonishingly good. Congratulations! But on the other end of the 1:43 scale, just today I was hunting for something (never found it) back in the workshop, and I found this in a forgotten box.
The copyright date on the box is 1996, and no price remains. I kind of like it. Oh well, good memories maybe. Thanks for sharing your great collection.
@d-m-holcombe. Very cool. I like the color Chevy emblems on the hood and trunk. Thanks for the compliment.
