Replicarz has issued three Indy 500-winning Duesenbergs. R43012 is the 1924 winner of L. L. Corum and Joe Boyer, the latter relieving Corum during the race (LE of 144). R43032 is the 1925 winner driven by Peter DePaolo, the 1st Indy winner to average over 100 mph (LE of 120). Both 1924 and 1925 cars were entered by the Duesenberg brothers. R43033 is the 1927 winner driven by George Souders and entered by William S. White (LE of 120).
This is an impressive trio, Harv. I have not seen these Replicarz Duesenbergs previously.
@david-green They just appeared within the last two weeks David. The only preceding models I am aware of were the old John Day kits, and possibly resin models from M. A. Scale.
Really nice ones ..... and they are Duesenbergs !
Yes, these are Replicarz exclusives, and are very nice indeed Harv.....I love the tire and knock-off wheel detail.
I have been patiently waiting for the Replicarz exclusive second gen 1971, '72 AMC Javelin Trans Am racer cars, but they announced them more than 2 years ago, with no updates.
SMTS also had plans to issue a second gen AMC Javelin Trans Am racer in white metal around the same time as Replicarz, but I have heard nothing on that model either.
Those look very cool Harv. Nice Duesenberg models. Not really my thing, but I do like the red one.

@ben-lampson I pondered that one Ben, but one has to draw the line somewhere. But in terms of age, this 1914 Rolls has the Amilcar beat. Model by Ilario.
