Here's some clarity on preorders. if you preorder from Legacy and pay with your credit card, nothing is charged until the model ships. You pay $00.00 up front. If you decide to use PayPal, the entire amount will be charged upon placing the order. The PayPal policy is PayPal's, not Legacy's.
