Another TrueScale Miniatures / TSM, and another 1972 like the L&M Porsche 917/10. This one is the Lola T280 HU3 1972 piloted by N. Takahara:

Very hard to find a photo of the real one online.  I was curious about those huge BRIDGESTONES on the back!  😮

These TrueScale Miniatures are very nicely done. This Japanese racing series which started in 1971 and ran into the late 1980s is relatively unknown to North Americans and Europeans. I gather it was an exciting and closely run series, all events taking place at Fuji.

This Lola T280 is a potent car. Thanks for this Tony.

Thanks for this Karl. Those tires wouldn't look near so bad on the back if they just used Avons!
