Another fantastic video of a fantastic model.....I'll be buying this one!
Thanks again John!
(my wallet doesn't though)
Another jewel-like Buick model from Goldvarg. Wow !
Mike, Ben, I agree with both of you.
John, thanks for the video.

This one is a beauty. One question....did the 1961 Buick Electra HT come with a vinyl roof? It occurs to me that I can't recall seeing one; all the two tones I remember seeing had a painted roof.....but it may simply be my memory misfiring.
I don't remember seeing any either, Jack. But the 1961 Buick Color and Trim Guide shows them available. I'm thinking there were not a lot of takers for the Electra 2 door bubble top in 1961, only 4250 were made, even fewer with a vinyl top.

Looks like a beautiful model. I definitely want one of these in either or both colors.

I have the green on preorder. Another Goldvarg winner.

Thanks John! My green one and a maroon 63 Riv are on the way.
John K....was it a coincidence that you graciously posted this video on the same day that Sergio released the model?
I just ordered the green one on his website.

@ben-lampson, Sergio left me with 4 prototypes after the Chicago show. I'll be rolling them out over the next few days. He has several he's releasing over the coming weeks.

Thank you John....I'll be anxiously waiting in excitement!
I am really looking forward to the '67 Ford Country Squire station wagon and the '48 Buick Roadmaster fastback.......I wonder if those are 2 of the 4 you have!
Good review John. Thanks.
I'd like to suggest you lower your camera just a bit. To view the model(s) from a 1/43rd human perspective maybe. Dave Gilbert on the Toy Car Geek website does this with good effect (along with removing the models from their bases).
Also, the '61 Electra wasn't just a trim level. It used the larger GM C-body - shared with the Olds 98 and most Cadillacs. The Electra had a longer wheelbase than the B-body '61 Buicks (LeSabre, Invicta and the Estate Wagons). C-body usage gets sticky for other (earlier and later) model years - but this Wiki page gives a mostly correct overview.
Excellent review, John. Love this model. I expect to have both in stock very soon. Not sure which color I like best!
