...another quality GV for sure.  Like you, I also instantly zoomed in on those interiors, just like the 1:1 tri-tones, these too are gorgeous! Very cool. 😎 😎

I love the '59 Galaxie and love this well done model.  I originally went with the Inca Gold/White version and liked it so much I just ordered the second color version from Sergio.  I wonder if we will see a convertible and a Ranchero version of this one?

Very attractive new issue.

For some reason, despite their styling being widely admired at the time, the '59 Fords always looked a little boxy and tinny to my eye, but looking at these Goldvargs, I guess I might just relent and call them "crisply styled".

By way of comparison, some of you may (or more probably won't) remember that a few years ago I got a 4-door resin model of this car produced by Ace Models of Australia. The guy who produced it was a pattern-maker for Trax and I think he then went back to working for them again after a spell as an independent model producer. The model was later sold under the Trax brand in their "Select" range of resin models.

I think it is a pretty nice model, although he said there were some details (like the slightly over-sized rear lamps on the fins) he wanted to correct. But overall it wouldn't be disgraced sitting alongside the Goldvarg.

@graeme-ogg I see those slightly oversized fin-back-up-lights,  but I'd worry more about those wheels. They look a bit small to me; perhaps larger tires might be the fix. ???? ...and/or smaller rims. ????  🤔 🤔 🤨 🤨

You could be right. But I'm not going to start attacking the wheels or tyres! It looks pretty good on the shelf, so I won't tempt fate.

Both are beautiful models that I am very pleased with.

Mine. Only quibble I have, and it's a very minor one, is that the windshield frame looks a little over-scale to me. Perhaps this portends a convertible version is coming (hint, hint)?
