Want to see what 105 feet looks like in 1:43?

Well, I for one would not want to climb it!
This is Ixo TRF012, the Smeal 105' rear-mount ladder truck in 1:43 scale (yes, NOT 1:50). This has appeared in white Ft. Worth livery and white-over-red Charlotte markings (TRF001). Huntersville, NC's black-over-red is reminiscent of the Chicago FD.

The decoration appears very accurate, as the photo below shows. A little sleuthing revealed Ladder 1 was placed in service on August 12, 2013, following training in July. Ixo calls it a 2014, but this may be a holdover from prior releases, so I'll forgive them this minor error.
