Keith Williams (partner/co-owner) is in charge at SMTS....

Just as an FYI thing; as a former production client of SMTS, I had numerous bad experiences with K.W. and his company.

I would have to agree..

I few years back I sent him a damaged conquest that he agreed to repair as a favor for Buz. My correspondence with him was always difficult and over time I gave up..who know's whatever happened to that model..All I know is that I'm out $200 bucks.

Keith Williams - SMTS.

Hi Randy,

the person you need to contact is Keith Williams, a co-owner, along with John, of SMTS.

He can be contacted at: smts AT btconnect.com
Tel: +44 (0)1424 853353. They are based in Hastings, England.

Replace AT with @.

His firm does all my construction work on the current BHM "Somerville Collection" and "Sovereign Range".

The quality of their work is beyond reproach and I haven't had any major upset with Keith. I've found him to be a very affable sort of person.

Their build time is quite long (obviously), so if you're looking for a rush job, think again.

Contact Keith and mention my name, it carries a lot of weight - about 3 ounces!

Hope this has been of help.

Frank Jones - British Heritage Models (BHM)
