Finished the last of my defective Esval '56 Chevrolet conversions.  The fleet now numbers nine.   From far left clockwise,  Belair 2 door hardtop,  US Model Mint,  roof turntable,  Esval sedan delivery conversion to a 210 four door sedan, in garage door, Esval 210 2 door station wagon,  Esval sedan delivery, Esval conversion to a Belair four door hardtop,  US Model Mint Belair convertible,  Esval sedan delivery,  on transporter,  Esval conversion to a 210 two door sedan,  Esval Belair four door station wagon,   Franklin Mint Nomad.  Transporter is an IXO item with GMC 1955 GMC tractor.  Yes, I know the 1956 pickup is missing, no space in the photos.

John, I have question about the car dealership building in your pictures. I believe it is from Menards. What material is the structure, plastic, card stock, etc.?

Ed,  yes it is a Menards product.  A bit difficult to tell what it is made of but the material is quite ridged, not likely cardboard.   Comes with LED lighting and a rotating roof turntable which can make catching a photo shot tricky.  There is a removable door in the rear to get access to the showroom.

Love your work John. Your collection has to have more "one ofs" than any others.

Agreed! John is my hero!

A long, long time ago (in a Galaxie far, far away.... down the street ) I theorized my collection of diecasts would focus solely on 1950-1961 American cars and I wanted every make/model for all 11 years. Naturally, after a few years, that goal went out the window! I made the mistake many collectors do.... I started to acquire "everything!"  🙄 🙄 😯

I now live vicariously through John! He is ACTUALLY DOING what I started off to do.

John is my hero!

I take it that these three John's were not members of the English post-punk/indie rock band formed in 1981 in Leeds, England!
