I have a fondness for Chevy II’s as my first company car was a 1962 Chevy II station wagon. Later my first family car was a 1962 Chevy II 2 door hardtop. Several more Chevy II’s followed me home over the years including a 1962 Chevy II convertible. That one I kept for many years until I retired and had to downsize my 1/1 collection.
The 1965 Chevy II shown here is by Mini-Dinky. Nice model, but I would have preferred not to have the opening hood and rear deck lid. Mini-Dinky made a few other models, but some of them suffer from metal fatigue, so finding nice ones is not easy.
asy.
This a nice very difficult to find Mini-Dinky model Robert. The Chevy II was never given the respect it deserved. It was the perfect suburban car.
Age 17 passed my drivers license test in a 62 ChevyII ☺️ They were a sweet little ride in their day..👍🏻
