...as much as I love "opening features," M2's less expensive "Drivers" series often featured superior tooling because there were no unsightly gaps. I'm not sure of the reasoning behind using drag-strip wheels on this one, but this GTO body, especially in profile shots, is remarkably well proportioned. Cool pics.
Nice model and pictures. I still remember seeing a real one in 1969.

"Here come da Judge, here come da Judge, everybody rise come here come da Judge..." Who else is as old as I am and remembers this on "Laugh-In" ?
One of the best TV shows ever..IMO..of course.
COOL shots Mike! Thanks!
You're welcome, Tony ! I wonder how many people now days know of the tie in to the TV comedy show "Laugh-In" ?

Like Ed Davis, I do too! I watched the show on an irregular basis but when it featured Sammy Davis Jr., one of my all-time favorite performers ever, I was glued to the TV.
"Here come da Judge, Here come da Judge; Orde in the courtroom, Here come da Judge."
@perrone1 Wait....that wasn't a real judge? Was it not a young Clarence Thomas! Check out this pic.....lose the wig....you be da judge.
When TV was FUN and not embarrassing to watch with your parents and grandparents. I'm sure you know the kinds of commercials I'm referring to.
