(Pics) 1978 Chevrolet C-10 by Auto World

Another recent purchase is a 1/64 scale 1978 Chevrolet C-10 pickup truck with Gulf graphics from Auto World.  This is a very nice model with crisp and colorful graphics, tire lettering, operating tail gate, and two 55 gallon drums with "Gulf" printed on them.  Similar to the Mini GT models, Auto World includes a box for model storage, once you remove it from the plastic display package.  Here are some photos.

Looks like the real thing sitting in front of your Gulf station.  The detail is amazing for 1/64 scale.

Many 1/64 scale models today have amazing detail. I am sure you will see more in this part of the forum. Also, I occasionally add some 1/72 scale military stuff with great detail.
