Majorette VW #203
Going through my collector drawers, I found this 40 plus year old VW Beetle made by Majorette of France. This model was produced for decades in a variety of colours and packages. It is about 1/60 scale. It got me wondering just how many approx. 1/64 VW Beetles have been produced over the years by a variety of companies. Most of you likely have or had such models. Anyway, here is the one I 'unearthed' today. Picked it up years ago when I was in university.

You're undoubtedly correct David. How many millions of 1/64-ish VWs have been manufactured? Who knows? I have only a few. 😕 Your Majorette doesn't look that bad for being 40+ yrs old. 😀

I believe this one was marketed as The Kuvakas Edition"..........I suspect this is where the virus began.
