The only thing that makes one a man, is to be a gentleman. And yes, it is a choice. In our world, we need more men to make the right choice. We should be examples of strong faith, patience, sincerity, honesty, integrity, truthful, of good moral character, be role models for our children, leaders, and good husbands. Being anything less doesn't make you a man.

You are absolutely correct. I've often said, "Touch a hot stove and burn your fingers once, it's an accident. Touch a hot stove again and burn your fingers again, it's ignorance". Moral of the story is that all off us need to and should learn from the sum of our experiences as we walk this journey through life. Not learning along the way will make it a lot rougher for us.
