Well, one of the ways to "fix" Natural Stupidity is by implementing Artificial Intelligence. An old boss of mine used to ask me "what is the difference between ignorance and stupidity?" and the answer was "ignorance is fixable". Therefore by definition, stupidity cannot be fixed, aka "you can't fix stupid". The challenge is how avoid Artificial Stupidity often implemented by people possessed by Natural Stupidity working on Artificial "Intelligence".

That would then show the Natural Stupidity of the person(s) who hired the deficient person to work on Artificial Intelligence.  It's kind of like Mr. Burns and Smithers hiring Homer Simpson to work around radiation.....in a way.
