@bob-jackman, clearly, you do not live in Michigan where they never repair the roads! 😉 Driving there is a real experience.

John K., clearly you are correct that I do not live in Michigan or any other state where annual snow is prevalent. I grew up in the Midwest and spent many years travelling in the white stuff. When an opportunity came up to move south I jumped at the chance. There are plusses and minuses everywhere but long winters had become a real drag for my wife and me. I now have the opportunity to drive my collector cars twelve months of the year.
