an interesting adjunct : owing to their minute attention span and propensity for extended napping, no rabbit has EVER successfully fully crossed a body of water......invariably, at anywhere from 30 to 50 percent across said water,your typical bunny will fabricate some implausible excuse to turn around and head back to the launch point

Interesting Professor Barry.....probably based on carrot fixation. I have heard that this occurs a lop in the bunny realm; in Lapine it is pronounced "carrotis lovealopis".
