This 1971 Eldorado will be on display at the Cadillac Fall Festival, September 24–26, 2026, at the Cadillac LaSalle Club Museum & Research Center in Hickory Corners, Michigan.
This car was restored by, and will be on display at, the Crawford Auto Aviation Museum in Cleveland, Ohio once it leaves the Cadillac Fall Festival.
Notice the driving lights just above the front bumper in front of the grille. Also note, there are lights attached to the side view mirrors in one photo. I also have a photo of Mitchell standing next to the car, and it does not have the lights on the mirrors.
Amazing how a posted item can disappear from the queue within two hours and its not seen again.
magnificent vehicle. Glad Mr Mitchell swapped the gold for chrome
All I can say about driving lights is that when I lived in the canyons here in SoCal and going home in the dark, I was able to avoid raccoons skunks and foxes and bobcats so I’m very appreciative of having extra driving lights on my bumper or below my bumper.
They're nice vehicles no doubt, but I never cared for the Eldo styling after the 1970 model. That's just me though.😊
I hope to be at that show at Gilmore, if so, I check it out.
