Ask a salesman for his absolute lowest price and when he gives it to you wait a few minutes and offer him a few bucks less. He will usually, with a little whining, take it. He gets mad if you call him a liar! Some how someone brain washed them to believe not telling the truth doing business is not a lie, it is an acceptable part of selling.
