Beside our forum, would there be a medium on which one can let people know what modelcars you have on your wishlist ?

Until someone who may have a much more definitive answer responds, I'll take a wild shot at it. I'm not a member of any social media such as Facebook, Instagram, X or any other of those like outlets. But I wonder if there may be a venue on one of those where you could address your queries?

Well, I would suggest you find the manufacture(s) page(s) on Facebook  and simply post your wish list(s) in the comments sections or contact them, via email, directly. Of course, seeking each manufacture, via Google,  and contacting them through their home-page is essentially performing the same task(s) ....only FB  is probably faster.

Good luck!

Reaching out to the manufacturers is the best way, some listen, some don't. There are a couple of dealers, such as Tom Dirnberger and Dave Gilbert among others that have a line of communication with some manufacturers, a few models from my wish list have gone that route.

I wish there was a better way to express our wants. With that, I really do think a good selection of models have come our way, with an excellent group still to come. As with most things, patience is key, LOL!

Yes there is! I have a Facebook page for GLM & Stamp Models Enthusiasts (but I can't post a link to it):

Stamp actively monitors this group, so any comments you leave will be seen by them. You can simply post in this format below, as I did in November of last year. Be sure to post a good example picture, or your post is likely to be missed.

Based on the number of positive responses, Stamp informed me that they were going to proceed with this project! I then posted a poll so people could provide feedback on their favorite color:

Based on the results of this poll, Stamp and I chose the top four colors (two colors will be exclusive to TOYCARGEEK):

Stamp is providing me with development information along the way, which I post in the Facebook group (with their permission):

Typically, new models are kept confidential until the first prototype is finished, but I asked Stamp if we could make the development of this Toro transparent, so that people can watch and comment on the progress. So far, the response from collectors has been overwhelmingly positive to being able to watch the 9-12 month product development process. I am currently working on five other models with them, but all of those must remain confidential.

Obviously, they cannot put every suggestion into production, but they do seriously consider the suggestions that get a lot of positive response from collectors!

It appears that GLM only produces 1/43 cars and not anything in 1/24. At least that’s what I see on their website.

Stamp/GLM produce primarily 1:43 models, but are starting to do more 1:18. They have also done a few in 1:64 scale. Nothing in 1:24, however.

If your wish list is for models yet to be made, that's one thing. The suggestions above are good ones. But if you're talking about a model available on the secondary market, you can set up searches on eBay. When one is listed, you will be notified. Facebook has several pages dedicated to 1/43 models. Any or all of them would be a great resource.

@daveg

Do you know what models Stamp/GLM did in 1/64 scale? I did not know they did any.

@ed-davis all were sold as GLMs; none that I know of were labeled as Stamp. I don't have a complete list, but below are a few photos from a Google search. The quality of these is, of course, very good! They have not done any 1:64 in quite a while; it will be interesting to see if they will do any more now that the popularity of 1:64 is increasing.

I'm not a social media fan, but I'm sure the suggestions here to contact via their pages are valid.

I've had success here in Australia emailing DDA direct. They are courteous, receptive and responsive. Just the opposite with Trax. Wouldn't even respond after I'd posted positive pictorial reviews.

Will be interested in any outcome from your endeavors. Good luck.
