I'm liking the Plymouth, its grille, its squared off shoulders, and right down to its color.

It should be obvious I keep scrolling to see if your daily poll is up yet...thank you again for this enjoyable contest!

I’m voting Plymouth, with the chrome side trims giving it the edge.  I also really like the Charger parked next to the Chevy.  🤓

Interesting!  This surprised me, as I was anticipating Chevy being a runaway winner and that I'd be alone in voting for the PLYMOUTH.  But alas, it appears we've got a quorum!  PLYMOUTH IS LEADING!

Could be the color, could be the lack of fender skirts, but I had to go with the Plymouth!

Plymouth for me influenced by the colour and side trim.

  • The height of the hood towering over the front fenders of the Chevy makes it look bloated and bulbous. The Plymouth looks better to me.

I have always liked the 48 Plymouths and Dodges and while I like the Chevy, the Plymouth takes it for me.

I'm with most everyone else.  The Plymouth and really only because of the grille.

I don't vote a tie often but did today. They are both decent cars, neither really captures my interest, I'd go a bit more upscale for '48 with either a Chrysler or Buick if I was choosing a car that year.

A longtime fan of both the '48 Chevrolet and the '48 Plymouth...today's vote goes to the Plymouth.

Back in the 50-60s I would have said Chevy but in recent years I have come to like the look of the Plymouth more; especially in coupe or convertible form.
