Dick Richard Beith, said he plans to be at World of Speed in September with 1500cc Big Block power. The Bugliner, obviously a highly modified 1968 Beetle will be running in the 150 MPH Club while working on tuning issues. If you are coming out to spectate or race, be sure to stop and say hi to the first person ever to set a world recognized speed record with a Volkswagen.
