Today I received my FDNY Mack Super Pumper System, with the Super Pumper, the Super Tender and Satellite 1.
I's all in 1:64-scale, but man this is awesome...
Bought it from a very nice German eBay-seller, who gave me a 1:64 Mack C fire-truck for free....
Here are pictures from Code 3.
Any of you guys seen this working during its time in New York ?

I did once, just prior to it being retired. I have a pic around here somewhere. When I find it I will scan it.
The Super Pumper is back! The 21st Century version, manufactured by Ferrara Fire Apparatus has yet to be placed into service, but it is capable of up to 10,000 gallons per minute, and has a horizontal reach of 500 feet.
Although FDNY stated this new "industrial pumper" would not be called a "Super Pumper" it has recently been signed as such. However, it is still at the shops and no decision has been made as to what types of fires it will work.
