Personally I LOVE the rally rims on this car in your restoration pic. Not stock I realize but man they sure add to its looks.
I loved when Dad brought home a brand new '63 Country Squire in Vintage Burgundy. That and the White '59 Impala were my all time favorites.
The burgundy color you mention is my favorite '63 Ford color too. I especially like it on the '63 1/2 Galaxie 500XL fastback. I have just that model and color in 1:43...it's by SPARK.

Never owned a station wagon or SUV and have no interest in them. I'm a sedan and coupe guy. Lexus ES350 and BMW 325ci 2-door. Lots of convertibles in my earlier days.
