This is a joke obviously and IMO a good one; but it does prompt the interesting consideration of how we, as animal lovers, generally aren't conscious of the link between pets, beautiful/interesting wild animals and those used for food. I'm not making a statement of any kind here....I just find it interesting how various cultures have come to classify creatures.
