@jack-dodds Jack I believe it refers to the location of the Titanic.

Ha-ha, that's deep. Modern cruise liners are so advanced compared to the Titanic, especially when it comes to safety. From regular drills to advanced technology, everything is designed to keep passengers secure. The ships are equipped with state-of-the-art navigation systems and plenty of safety equipment. I recently went on a cruise from Hamburg, and the safety measures were impressive. So, if you're considering taking a cruise, just check out websites like Cruise Timetables, book the cruise you want, and go for it!

Cruise ships, isn't that another way of saying Cadillac, since this is an automotive forum.

When I first saw these comparisons years ago, I didn't believe it. I thought it was a joke, but it's not.  Unreal, right?  😬 😬 😬

You bet! Caddy and UP! Mercedes, Bentley, Rolls. And they keep getting bigger and more swanky!

@chris I was amazed when I learned that modern propellers swivel on pods to allow these giants to manoeuvre.

Yeah! And multi thrusters which enable them to dock like parking a compact car! Man - it blows your mind.

Kelly and I are frequent cruisers. We head out again on Sept 1.
