The GP is beautiful ! Dayum, I'm so old that I remember how easy it was to tell a car make when it was going down the road as opposed today where everything looks like a blob or melting piece of soap.  I think the ones that really stand out to me these days are the Genesis models SUVs and cars they're really distinctive looking as for Lexus with that pouty chin that sticks out like Darth Vader I think they're all ugly and if someone even gave me one I would turn around right away and sell it so I could buy something from the '60s or '70s, my two favorite decades for for car design and manufacture and power.

A design colleague once, perfectly described the modern car as "exuded plastic". Which seems a lot like your own description.

In fairness, you would be curmudgeonly too if all you had in life was a broken down Lloyd Alexander and a tired Boler trailer to reside in.
